Q: What is the smalled wrap around you carry

If there is a time you have to cut a round piece of pipe perfectly you would be glad to have a wrap around to mark the pipe.Welders use this tool when marking steel pipe to be cut.

Q: what is the total length when unrolled? need length to calculate wrapping a given circumference.

Because I cut mine to share with another mechanic I can't use mine as an example but when I looked at the box it came in I realized that it comes in different lengths. Because the supplier stuck lables on the end with part numbers, I can only tell you the Medium and Large model lengths. Medium is 4' long, part number 164 B (black) or 164 GG (gray). 176 B or 176 GG is 6' long. They claim 164 will do 3" to 6" pipe and the 176 will do 3" to 10" pipe.
