I was looking for anything liposomal.! This particular vitamin is placed within a pectin, so the outside is sweet, but naturally sweet. They do become sticky once opened. But there sure is a simplicity to eating your vitamin rather than having to swallow it.

My 3 year old loved them so much he snuck away and ate half the bottle!!!!!!!!!!!I was sooo worried as that’s 20,000-30,000 mg of vitamin C. When I give him powdered lemonade vitamin C at 2000mg he gets diarrhea, and here after accidentally eating 20,000mg + of gummies within 24 hours he did not have EVEN ONE symptom! No diarrhea, no poop at all, no sore belly no nausea, NOTHING.These taste great!!! But I’d be shocked if they even had 100mg of vitamin C per gummy!Praise the Lord in my situation they were not as potent - but never buying again as they do not have barely any vitamin C!!!!!

I'm not sure which is correct. The Amazon photos shows the serving size as 2 while the actual product shows everything as the same but says to take 1. Since I'm not clear and don't want to take too much, I have only been taking 1 and it tastes fine and I have no problems with it. It doesn't instill confidence though that there is different information being shown
