OK, but too expensive for the poor taste
Taste was OK, but as good as expected. when put up against the price tag, do not think will be purchasing any more of these in the future. But at least it was an experiment.

Love the stuff and hate the price
The local store sells 32oz bottles for $3. Amazon is saying $8.60/oz? What kind of insanity? Anyway, I give props to the product. For what it is I think it tastes great. A few times my system has been a complete disaster due to medications. I've takes a couple of big swigs of this stuff throughout the day and it really straightens my system right out. Big thanks to an old boss for turning me onto this product. I feel really great drinking it vs normal probiotics that make me feel terrible.

Probiotic & Protein-Rich Lowfat Yogurt Type Drink ~ Great in Smoothies!
If you're looking for a great, nutritious yogurt type product, you might like to try this blueberry lowfat kefir which you can drink or eat from a cup with a spoon. I learned about kefir in the book The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results. A nutritionist recommended having protein for breakfast and combining protein with fruit such as berries. I love to make fruit smoothies with this kefir: one banana, one cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup kefir and 1/2 cup berry juice or 1/2 cup seltzer for fewer calories and grams of sugar. Protein keeps you from getting hungry said the nutritionist. This kefir is great to drink for breakfast or when you don't have time to make a smoothie in the morning. This kefir is probiotic and great for digestion with 12 different kinds of bacteria, and is naturally cultured. Kefir provides 25% of Vitamin D, 30% Calcium and 11g of Protein. The plain low-fat yogurt I buy has 15g of sugar per cup and this kefir has 20g of sugar in a cup -- which is less than most juices. It's a great breakfast, lunch or snack option. A cup is about 140 calories. If you are looking for a healthy and tasty probiotic food that is high in protein and other nutritious ingredients, while being low in calories, you might want to try this tasty product. It tastes as good as most desserts, and when I don't have time to make a smoothie in the morning, I just have this kefir instead. It's also a tasty and healthy snack.

So so so gross
Kefir:Whoever decided to make a "healthy probiotic smoothy" and lauds it as delicious is insane! If I wanted to drink something that tasted like sour cream whipped into buttermilk I'd do just that! Even more laughable is the fact that it's "blueberry flavored". Ummm really? Did you only use 1 blueberry?I had to mix this 50/50 with Ocean Spray cherry juice cocktail and then put a HUGE amount of Hershey syrup just to make it semi palatable.Once the bottle is gone I think I'll stick to my Greek yogurt. At least I know I can consume that without fear of vomitting. YUK!

Yummy Blueberry Flavor
I've tried a variety of Kefir by Lifeway and the blueberry is very good. All of the Kefir drinks are tangy-sweet, but not too sweet. They really are like a liquid yogurt, so you should shake up the bottle before each pour to mix it up and it will pour out more thickly. If you prefer the tang of Greek yogurt, you are more likely to enjoy Kefir. I enjoy drinking it for a change from eating yogurt, and it contains the same good-for-you probiotics.I sometimes take Kefir and mix it with a little soy or almond milk to flavor the milk and yet cut the Kefir a bit. It also really goes well as a smoothie ingredient. This blueberry one goes well with bananas. Just take a soft banana, pour in some blueberry Kefir, and add ice if you prefer, before blending. Throwing in some strawberries is also nice.

Blueberry Kefir
Did not care for this at all. Would never buy again and $20.00 for shipping was ridiculous!!! Drank half of a bottle and threw the rest in the trash. Wasted money.

does not contain blueberries
the label states: cultured lowfat smoothie". Most people think smoothie means that there is fruit blended in. There is no fruit in this. There is blueberry flavor added and enough grape juice for color (so the label states). I will look for a kefir with blueberries or just drink the vanilla. Important to keep in mind if you are thinking you are getting any blueberry nutrients. otherwise it tasted ok. i'd like to know where it is made and the entire bottle has no information on this. looking for a local product.
