Lots of excellent news & ideas for eye-problem sufferers! I have a macular hole in one eye & PVD in the other one, as well as other eye problems. I have 'seen' results from the advice on coconut oil & water: my surgery to repair the hole has been cancelled owing to the fact that the hole has shrunk! Still haven't finished reading it but I'm very impressed & highly recommend reading this book :)

Bruce Fife has written another excellent informative book, which is an excellent guide for looking after your sight the natural way, and with added bonus it comes in large print.

Easy to read. But at least for me, too much info that is too basic.

Most of the book is very technical, and the interesting and helpful section is limited to one chapter at the end and is rushed. Most of the information can be found with internet searches. Save your money.

This book is fantastic. The amount of knowledge he imparts is unbelievable. One of the other reviewers said it was so boring. Ridiculous! Absolutely amazing. I cannot believe how much I didn't know about what was good or bad for your eyes.
