I really liked the product and the manual as well there are many useful informations But the product was little bit dirty i had to clean it up

Now that I’ve reached my late 40s I’m starting to notice that my hands are not as strong as they used to be. Though this is not intended as a medical recommendation, I am a licensed physical therapist, and I am very pleased with this set of hand trainers. I purchased it specifically for the bands to strengthen my extensors, but I have found that the rings are more effective than I expected. Both the rings and the bands seem to be good quality, and I think I will put all the different strengths to use at some point. The pictures in the enclosed exercise booklet show the recommended movements well. I am very pleased with this purchase and I think those looking to improve their overall hand strength will find it useful (for adult females at least).
