Bought 3 pairs - writing this review before buying 3 more!
I read a review from someone who couldn't stop saying "Wow" when they put on these socks, and the same thing happened to me! These socks are incredibly soft, warm, and comfy. Take it from someone who owns at least 5 different kinds of "extreme cold" socks and has double-layered them all winter so far -- these socks are the best there are at keeping your feet warm! I still double layer with these socks because my feet get cold so easily, but these are the first and ONLY socks to keep my feet warm all day once they're on. Looking forward to having another 3 pairs shortly!

I would recommend buying the white Alpaca socks
I got to say the socks fit as expected and my feet were warm and dry. They are dark black socks. The problem that I had with these socks are:I put them on over thin white wicking socks and the color black dye bleed on to the white socks, no big problem, I would recommend buying the white Alpaca socks. The second problem was that I used them 1 time in my new Baffin Apex Pac Boot and the yarn in the sock, just above the heel, seem to get "bally" or "shredding". I would be surprised if they last this ice fishing season. That will be a game changer for buying them again

SOOOO... SOFT THICK AND WARM.. !! WOW, GOT THESE TO WEAR IN MY PROSTHETIC, I'm buying another pair to wear in my shoes
Wonderful Wonderful..!! I'm 68 and these are the best socks I have ever had..! I bought these to wear in my prosthetic, no left hand.. if my stump gets cold my veins collapse.. I'm buying another pair to wear in my shoes.. SO AMAZINGLY SOFT THICK AND WARM.. EXTRENELY GOOD QUALITY.

Nuts for Alpaca!
My husband is ecstatic! He wants a whole wardrobe of alpaca socks. He used to think I was nuts expounding on the virtues of alpaca. Now he walks around all day saying how wonderful these socks are. If I had known I would be such a heroine, I would have given him these years ago. Now if I can only get him to try the hand-warmers.

Warm, Cozy and Comfy Socks
Comfortable, durable and warm socks. Both my husband and I wear these from when the snow first flies, until it melts. Moisture seems to wick away while keeping feet at a consistent temperature—- and MADE IN THE USA!🇺🇸

Hole in heel
I love the socks but one of them has already worn a hole in back near heel which I find odd as the other is perfect. I’d like to return but it looks like the window for returning has pasted (30 days).

They keep feet warm!
The socks are very soft and comfortable and keep feet super warm. My husband is a USPS mail carrier and keeping his feet warm during cold Michigan winters while working is so important. Even if his feet get sweaty, the socks breathe and don't feel cold when he has to work outside. He loves these socks!! Agree with other reviewers, wash normally, but dry flat or hang to dry.

Warmer but quite as thick as I thought but I have Special Needs, Nerve condition in feet, they DO HELP ME IN COLD WEATHER THOUGHDon’t put in Dryer
