Works better than expected and easy to assemble. The burners produce serious heat and the sear function does get extremely hot. Doesn't run through propane too quick and love grilling on this item.

The product is expertly designed and packaged. Really impressive. The many parts are clearly labeled and diagrammed. My only suggestion is that the many diagrams within the instructions should be supplemented with text, to avoid any confusion. Assembly of this unit really requires patience. A few words to go with each diagram would have been very helpful. The deep blue color of the product is really great. Much better than shown in the listing.

Ok so it was a bit of a pain in on assembly, and I'm an auto mechanic, but I tell you what it's worth the effort. The heat is amazing, Its even and flareup is not too bad , the sear plate worked good . Tonight I cooked a whole 5+ lb pack of chicken Breast ( trimmed and cut to less than 3/4 thick) and had room for 3 1/3 lb+ burgers and still had room and the sear plate . Everything came out so amazing. Juicy chicken with a little amount of char and the burgers were 99% well done , but as juicy as a medium. Now it's not totally stainless, but still an amazing grill

Quality grill. Takes a few hours to assemble. Don’t forget to free the igniter and supply hose. Looks great on the deck.

The grill itself looked promising, but the excitement quickly turned into frustration. After spending time assembling it completely, I reached the final steps only to discover that none of the essential propane components were included—no hoses, no regulators, no burners, nothing. It’s essentially unusable as delivered. This wasn’t just a minor oversight; it was a complete failure in packaging and quality control. For a product that’s supposed to be ready to use, this is unacceptable. One star, solely due to the lack of critical parts and the inconvenience caused!

Lots of small parts to assemble. We used a handyman. It's so pretty and works great!

Angela Waters I purchased a Royal Gourmet 6 burner grill and while trying to transport it to our family reunion, and though it was secured in the back of our truck a gust of air hit us and the doors ripped off the grill and it went sailing out of the truck bed and over our boat to hit the highway. Several of the parts were damaged, including the frame, lid and grill plates. Luckily, the interior of the grill was not damaged. I contacted Royal Gourmet to try to find replacement parts so we could repair the grill, but they were not available on the website. Customer Service Rep, Kris, assisted us and even though the damage was caused by a freak accident, Royal Gourmet sent us the parts we needed free of charge within days of contacting them. I highly recommend these grills, not only because of the outstanding quality - Our grill works perfectly - but also because of the fantastic customer service. Thank you, Kris, for all of your help!

The instructions for STEP 13 could be much clearer. The parts diagram did not indicate that the ignitor box and button were located on the underside of grill. The picture show two people lifting the grill in place and then screw main body to the frame this should be step 13b. Step 13a should state that you must FLI the grill over and collect the Ignition module and side burner valve and regulator module before mounting main body to frame. Since i did an inventory of all the part prior to assembly i thought these parts were included in the parts diagram(page43). The pictoral shows main body with 5 buner tubes and one searing valve it does not say is on the underside anywhere on the instructions. WHy are these parts located in such a ridiculous place. Futhermore it does not reference these parts in the next couple of instuctions till you get to step 18. This is when you find out that the parts are fixed under the main body(control panel)
