Just got back from a trip to England and this turned out to be my go-to bag - great in ALMOST every way...Pros: Spacious! Plenty of pockets, I used the water bottle spot to hold my umbrella for chance rain, inside pockets kept things pretty tidy. As a 5'11" woman with a larger bust, this sat pretty well on me. Hidden pocket on back was very large and held our needed vouchers without being difficult to get out.Cons: Zippers not conductive to keep extra secure. There should be two sliders that can be locked to help deter pickpockets, or extra fabric flaps to help hide the zippers. I did not have any security issues but I often wore the bag in the front of my body to be sure. I do wish there had been an easy-access pocket on the side for things like the Oyster card which I needed to keep handy jumping on and off the Tube but that wasn't much of a concern... Some other people comment on the extra long strap - this WAS a bit of a fuss because they don't have a bright way to handle the extra bit although I know larger people will LOVE the extra length. What I ended up doing that worked VERY well until the very last day was to take a pin and tuck the end over one of the loops on the upper part of the strap. Unfortunately, on the last day, the loop pulled out - this was definitely a manufacturing flaw, because it wasn't being tugged on, as you can see in the pictures, the pin is still in tact so it wasn't being pulled hard enough to rip it out. I don't have an alternate way to secure the extra strap length now :(Overall I really like this bag, would have given it 5 stars for better zipper security and the strap loop not failing after 1 week of use.

I purchased this pack as a replacement to a similar one I have had for over ten years. I chose this pack because of the amount of space, not to mention, the various pockets and compartments. Once received I was pleased overall even though some of the components appeared cheap. The strap has a curve to it that makes it somewhat uncomfortable wearing over the right shoulder and over the left it begins to rub against the neck. After the first use I realized the decorative buttons on the front flap, as well as the flap itself, caught on things while turning around in tight spaces causing the flap to open and it even ripped off one of the buttons. The compartments were nice for storing various different items, however when I attempted to zip the main portion of the pack the teeth became misaligned and regularly stuck if only briefly. The zippers felt cheap and the material on both sides had to be held close together while zipping as it felt the zipper would break if too much tension was added while trying to close it with a full pack. All in all, the size is nice but the overall quality is not there. I like the look of the pack, but, if the first outing was any indication, I fear it will not last very long.

Well made and sturdy with well-organized pockets. It's a big sling and probably not a good fit for a smaller framed person. I am a 6'2' 280lb, very broad shouldered and I feel its size. The size is likely to be a pro and a con. Plenty of space to stow even heavier jacket without cramming it in. Supports weight well. And you can probably stuff in a fair amount of shopping goods.One design issue I have is that the strap at the main connection point is a bit wide, narrowed just a 1/2" would make it more comfortable, especially in the crossbody position. I'm big enough that it's not that much of an issue but once again a smaller person might find it too much.Addendum: I wore this pack daily for 2 weeks while on a trip to Germany. The Zippers could be smoother. While wearing the pack the zippers would want to snag some if there was much weight in the pack. It also turns out to be a bit big for some of the museums and seemed to get some extra attention going through various checkpoints. There were some decorative buttons on the velcro flap that ripped off pretty quickly under real use. Another criticism would be the lack of contrasting colors inside the pack. its really dark inside the pack and some contrasting colors would have helped.The material is heavyweight as well so it's got a little weight of its own. Don't expect it to wad up well to stick in other luggage.

This is durable and fabric very sturdy. Would give it five stars except within a month two of the large plastic zippers stuck and won't close making those pockets unusable. Otherwise have carried it for several months and works well for what I purchased it for. Single strap design is great if you have neck and shoulder problems and can easily switch from one side to the other shifting weight. The side water bottle pocket meant for a very small bottle of water and not large bottle of water which of a pack this size really should be bigger.

I purchased this bag to use as a diaper bag/purse. I wanted something my husband wouldn't mind carrying as well. We are very outdoorsy and those traditional bags don't fit the bill. I am six foot tall and my husband is six foot two.I love the strap can be adjusted to come from the left or the right. I love that the length is adjustable. I love all the pockets for organization. My one complaint is the front pocket doesn't Velcro easily as I would like. It comes off often. Otherwise this bag rocks!

I bought this bag to be diaper bag/purse. The first one had the clasp that holds the strap broke after a couple uses. I contacted the company who replied within 12 hours. They replaced the bag after I sent pictures of the broken piece. Great customer service that was VERY easy to communicate with. I've had the new one for 2 weeks and its exactly what I wanted. Lots of pocketsWe are a family of 5 and have busy summer coming up. I'll update on how the bag held up because it will be put to the test!4 stars because after you adjust the shoulder strap there is a long piece of fabric dangling. Its be nice if that could be rolled up or somehow put out of the way as it is annoying, I rolled it and put a hair tie around it. I'm not sure how the company didn't think this needed a solution. :/
