This stuff works! I’m working on removing the rust of my Grand Prix dash frame and you can literally wipe the rust off after a few hours in most areas. You do need to do several applications sometimes to treat the really rusty areas, but this product is amazing. It’s safe around plastics, doesn’t have an offensive odor and does a great job! I highly recommend you give this a try!

Used it on an old cast iron pot I received that was heavily rusted. Most of the rust was removed in 2 rounds. The second round I let sit in a plastic bag too long, 3 days and it had started to dry. But it still got a huge amount of rust off. I only have a little bit left on the top of the lid and just enough goop left to finish it off.I didn’t expect the thick layer of rust to come off in one go. It actually cleaned up in less rounds than I thought it would.

Have been looking into ways to removing rust without leaving rust shaves around me. I have tried many products but aren’t effective until I found this. Works as it should, just cover the area with the gel, cover it the entire site with Saran Wrap and leave it over night and you get these results. Highly recommend.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but this just didn’t deliver like I was hoping it would. Following the directions closely and giving it time still didn’t produce the results I was looking for. Didn’t even do well on just modestly rusty items. I’ll try it on some other stuff and see how it reacts, but not much hope for better results.

Nice stuff

I tried this product on decorative metal boxes with some rust as well as a metal desk chair. I applied it and wrapped the items in plastic wrap as the instructions say. No where does the container tell you how long to wait before washing the items. I applied it to the desk chair twice. It did absoultely nothing. It took some paint off of one of the boxes but left the rust. I used a steel brush and it removed more rust than the product did. Waste of money.
