I’ve only been using this for a few weeks, but it clearly engages the muscles effectively. Using it for an hour left my muscles aching, much like after a gym session. I’ll check for visible results in a month or two. You can actually see your muscles contracting as it works.

Do not buy this product. Second one my wife’s had, 1st one stopped working gave it the benefit of doubt. 2nd one has stopped working within 3months! Waste of money do not buy

I don't usually do reviews but I have to say this is great to use, iv only used it once, its almost as exciting as a vibrator haha! Because is has 10 different modes and they are all good as you can really feel it working on your bum its almost like you are getting the most intense bum massage. In all honesty I didn't want to take it off and I can't wait to use it again. Not a load of crap like a lot of simular products I would definitely recommend.

Only used this twice so far but impressed with the quality, great product, bit bulky to wear but it’s secure when wearing it! Lots of programmes and good choice of intensity levels!

But I must say it’s very good product I feel it and even after using it I get this after gym satisfying pains been using it only two weeks and already feel my but being more firm looking forward to the results I am active person yoga biking etc so it all Helps but I do recommend this device as it’s give you the motivation boost

Doesn't even work if I could give it 0 stars I would. What a waste of money. It won't even start even when charged for ages. DON'T BUY EVER!!!! Look for something that will actually work because this doesn’t.

We all want a lazy solution to a problem that requires effort!!! so I thought I’d get this a try to get my Mum bum into some shape before I hit 40… I received this today and wow!!! I can really feel my muscles working hard! I’m impressed… hoping I feel an ache tomorrow and have some form of Peach by this time in a few months ❤️

Complete waste of money it’s been charging for 4 hours now and still dosnt work so not very impressed as it cost over £40 I’ve actually bought cheaper ones before and they have worked better not happy

Ich benutze den EMS Muskeltrainer jetzt seit etwa 1 Woche. Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät funktioniert wie versprochen. Gerade auf den höheren Stufen merkt man die Muskelkontraktion deutlich. Auf der stärksten Stufe ist es schon ordentlich. Also man spürt, dass was passiert. Wer ein unterstützendes Trainingstool für zuhause sucht, bekommt hier ein solides Produkt. Von mir eine klare Kauf Empfehlung!

Fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai eu un peu de mal à comprendre la mise en route au début. En fait il faut rester appuyer quelques secondes sur le on/off de la télécommande, puis appuyer sur la touche + du boitier de l'électro stimulateur pour qu'il s'allume. Ensuite il suffit de choisir le programme et l'intensité sur la télécommande. Il y a beaucoup de programmes dont certains sont assez proches dans leur fonctionnement. Difficile de savoir lesquels seront plus ou moins efficaces et adaptés à mes besoins...A voir avec le temps
