This is the best massager. I have really bad neck and upper back pain. This gets right in there and kneed the knots out. The heat is perfect(not to much or to hot)- u can also turn off the heat. used it on my legs and lower back. The best purchase I made and it was not very expensive. Highly recommend

I didn't read much before i got it. I just know i had a knot in my neck and i needed it gone. This product works extremely well. I'm also suprised at how versatile it is. The instructions explain the different ways to use it. Great purchase. I would take away a star because it's not useable without being plugged in to the wall with the power supply but it's that good and its a great price. 5 stars.

It is an aggressive massage. If you want a gentle massage this is not really suited to you. You can adjust how much pressure to exert by pulling the strap tighter or loosening them

I was VERY excited when this arrived at my door. It is large and can work many areas of your body. I have used it on my shoulders/neck/lower part of my head the most. It allows you to control the amount of time, heat or no heat, and the amount of pressure. I will be buying more! It would make for a great gift!!
