Super Travel Bag!
I love my North Face bag! It travels great and holds all of my things. There is a pocket or place for everything. It protects my computer, which I always have! The straps are super comfy and thick. They don't cut into my shoulders, which is impressive. My bag is new, but my daughter has had hers for five years so far, and it is so durable and has held up great! It still looks new! I'm thrilled I made this purchase and highly recommend it!

Looks brand new after a year! Doesn't look dirty, EVER! Durable & holds a lot of stuff.
I bought this for my teenage daughter who is in high school. She's in multiple sports before and after school so she uses this backpack a lot. I chose this brand because I know it will last a long time. I originally had a light colored one picked out but knew it would get dirty so I chose this one. I don't see any dirt on it and this is her second year using it. She's never even used a cloth to wipe it off. There are no visible signs of wear and tear. It is a bigger pack so it holds everything plus and it has nice smaller compartments in the front pockets to keep organized. She uses it for track and cross country so it's been out in the rain and the stuff inside doesn't get wet. I don't know if it's fully waterproof but it can withstand being out in the rain for a while. I highly recommend this pack if you want quality & something that lasts.

Worth the price, great backpack for students!
I have now used this backpack for two years in college and it holds up great. Thick straps, great quality, and totally worth the price. Very comfortable and is going to last me a very long time. It holds many school supplies, water bottle, computer, and more.

Durable, Comfortable, and Perfect for Travel & Daily Use
I’ve gone through my fair share of backpacks over the years, but this North Face pack is hands-down one of the best I’ve owned. I originally bought it for work travel and weekend hikes, but it’s quickly become my go-to for just about everything—commuting, flying, even short camping trips. The build quality is outstanding. The zippers are sturdy, the material feels durable yet lightweight, and the stitching holds up even when it’s fully packed. I’ve been caught in light rain and everything inside stayed dry, which is a huge plus. Comfort-wise, the padded shoulder straps and breathable back panel make a big difference when you’re wearing it for hours. There’s also a padded laptop sleeve that fits my 15" MacBook perfectly and keeps it secure. Storage is super smart, too. There’s a good balance between compartments and open space—you can easily organize electronics, chargers, water bottles, and still have room for clothes or gear. If you're on the fence, don’t be. It’s not the cheapest bag out there, but the quality and versatility are absolutely worth it. North Face nailed it with this one.

Aesthetically pleasing and sturdy.
I love the look of the backpack it is super well made, like very well made built to last. It is not very roomy if you’re wanting to use it to pack clothes to spend the week somewhere. I would stick to just very slim items. I believe it is waterproof when I was packing things I got some lotion on it and it wipes right off. No stains. The padding on the back is really thick so that’s good if you’re into that. I’m using this for college so I know for sure it will fit everything I’ll need for class in it. But I also want to use it for work, I pack my laptop iPad and two pouches with different things mainly girl stuff, chargers, and my beats headphone in their case. It barely can fit just that because they’re different size pouches. BUT if you stick to slim items you can fit more. It is a top heavy backpack because the zippers don’t zip all the way down the sides but that’s fine for what I’m using it for I don’t mind them not zipping all the way down. The straps on it are sturdy, you can clean up the appearance of the extra straps dangling by just rolling them up and stuffing them into near by loops. That is what I learned from my boyfriend lol. It looks a lot more neat. It is a very nice backpack in my opinion, not ideal for packing many different shaped items. But can definitely fit more of the items are similarly shaped and relatively slim. I give it a 4/5 stars. Not completely perfect because of not fitting something’s but really nice regardless.

Perfect Blend of Style, Functionality, and Comfort
The North Face Borealis Commuter Laptop Backpack in Hunter Green/Eagle Blue has exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone who needs a reliable and versatile backpack for work and travel, this product strikes the perfect balance between form and function. First, the design is striking. The Hunter Green and Eagle Blue combination is both modern and understated, giving the backpack a professional yet adventurous look. It’s the kind of bag that feels just as appropriate in the office as it does on a weekend hike. The organizational features are outstanding. The main compartment is spacious and accommodates my 15-inch laptop with ease, thanks to the well-padded and secure laptop sleeve. There’s plenty of room left over for documents, chargers, and even a change of clothes. The secondary compartment is equally well-designed, with intuitive pockets that make it easy to store and access smaller items like pens, keys, and headphones. The front elastic bungee system is perfect for stashing a jacket or umbrella on the go. Comfort is another standout feature. The FlexVent suspension system, combined with the padded straps and back panel, makes carrying a fully loaded backpack feel surprisingly light. Even after wearing it for hours during a recent trip, I experienced no discomfort. The adjustable sternum strap and removable waist belt offer additional stability when needed. Finally, the durability is what you’d expect from The North Face—exceptional. The materials feel robust and water-resistant, ensuring my gear stays safe and dry even in unexpected rain. This backpack has quickly become my go-to for daily commuting and weekend outings. Its thoughtful design, quality construction, and comfortable fit make it a highly worthwhile investment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and versatile backpack.
