What's not to love about the PAX. Minimal smell, easy to clean, easy to check battery level, easy to change temperature, great collection of colours and a sleek design.My husband & friends use to top up pain medication.Device does get hot to hold by oven, if used constantly (10-15mins, Boost setting, level 4) but you can buy a protective silicone sleeve to help with this.

The vape did not work so I returned it. Still waiting to hear anything from Botanical Hemp, despite messaging them several times. The product didn't work and the customer service is totally unprofessional.
