Your belt is hand made to order by one of our craftsmen. It is made of 3.5mm to 4mm Full Grain Italian Bridle Leather sourced from the UK's premier leather merchants, suppliers to the Queen. Your belt comes with a brass centre bar buckle. Full grain leather is a natural product that has been tanned and dyed but otherwise minimally processed. We inspect and choose each hide to obtain the highest quality but there may be unique characteristics on each belt - scratches or small nicks on the surface that tell a story of the leather. These are not faults but part of choosing a natural material. If you want uniformity and perfection you need a factory mass-produced belt not an artisan craftsman produced one. When your order is received we will contact you to confirm details and any customisations you might require. The belt is hand cut from a full hide. Edges are bevelled and finished.For a more comfortable and flexible fitting we punch 9 buckle holes at 0.75" (2cm) spacing. The buckle is attached and the belt is polished. No modern machines are involved in the making of our belts - only traditional techniques are used. Also available in Black and in 1.5 inch width. 10 year warranty against material or workmanship defects.
