OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G 8GB RAM 256GB Storage SIM-Free Smartphone with 50MP Dual Camera - 2 Mega Blue

If you are looking to buy a new mobile phone, without spending a fortune and want a well made, quality device, then you should honestly consider this one. I know that some people are worried about buying a phone that isn't made by any of the more well known brands, that the UK market are more familiar with, but just research this company, Oneplus, and you will soon find just how long they have been around, along with the proven track record of the phones they have produced. The camera is good enough for every day snaps and videos, offering a whole host of editing tools. Oneplus phones run an operating system called Oxygen OS, which is easy to use, navigate and gets updated regularly, it's very smooth too. You get 8GB of RAM and using very clever AI, the phone can further boost this as and when it may be required, in truth, I have found that the installed 8GB is plenty. You get 256GB of onboard storage, which you can further exband by installing a Micro SD card, up to 2TB in size, thus far, I haven't needed to install one. The phone is quite thin and feels nice in the hand, it looks great in my opinion. Mine arrived with Oxygen OS 14 pre installed, but during set-up, this was updated to Oxygen OS 15, and it will receive Oxygen OS 16 during the 1st quarter of 2026, the security patch installed during the recent update was the October patch, so as you can see, this phone receives regular updates. I think when you consider the price to buy this phone, you certainly get a lot for your money! You get the official Google Play Store pre installed, a whole host of browser options during set-up, most of the main Google apps pre installed, including maps, drive, messages, files etc. Although I always fully backup any old phone whenever moving to a new phone, I don't transfer any apps during set-up, as I prefer to first check the new phone to see what is already pre installed, and where necessary, download and install the fresh versions directly from Google Play Store, this ensures you get the newest version and a clean install. Choose from fingerprint scanner, face recognition, pin, screen pattern, all available during set-up or can be changed at a later date. This phone is, in my opinion, a brilliant choice and certainly exceeds my needs, I am very happy with it and am happy to recommend it.

Highly recommended. A really great phone. Wanted a replacement for iPhone 11 offering a slightly bigger and brighter display and better battery. Really pleased with this OnePlus which has phenomenal battery power and rapid charging with a really great display. Updated: Screen is in fact brilliant!.. Didn't realise that for several months I had been using it with the basic film screen protector it came with sti ll in place 🤣... Removed it is even better and might get a proper screen protector. Totally delighted as it gives me the features I was looking for at an brilliant value for money price. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G (8GB RAM, 256GB) in Super Silver for a little while now, and for the price, this phone delivers excellent value and a surprisingly premium feel. What I Loved: Design & Build: The phone looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The Super Silver finish is eye-catching and stylish and feels heavy and the very solid chip for the device. Performance: With 8GB RAM, everyday tasks, apps, and even some gaming run smoothly. So everything runs smoothly. Display: The screen is vibrant and sharp – great for watching content and general use. Headphone Jack: A rare find in 2025! Huge bonus for those who still prefer wired audio. 50MP Camera: Impressive quality for the price. Great for casual photography. ⚙️ Software & Experience: The OS is clean, fluid, and intuitive, giving a near-stock Android experience. OnePlus does include a few bloatware apps, but thankfully, they can be removed. ⚠️ What Could Be Better: I did notice 1–2 minor bugs in the system: Bubble notifications weren’t showing up correctly App icon badges (message count) didn’t appear, although the notification dot option worked fine Nothing that broke the experience, but worth mentioning. Hopefully, a future update will address these. Final Thoughts: If you're looking for a solid Android phone with great features, excellent storage, and a modern look without breaking the bank, this is a fantastic choice. A couple of minor software quirks, but overall a very enjoyable user experience.

There were better options at MSRP but seeing it 30%+ off was a no brainer for my budget. Performs very well, battery life is solid. Still charges in a couple of hours from 20-80% using a 45w charger. Great phone.

I’ve been using the OnePlus Nord for about 4 months now, and I’m really happy with it. The display is bright and super smooth thanks to the 120Hz AMOLED screen, and the silver finish looks really premium. Performance has been great — apps open quickly, multitasking is smooth, and the 256GB storage gives plenty of space. The camera takes sharp photos in daylight, and the battery easily lasts a full day. What I love most is the 67W fast charging — it tops up the phone in under an hour, which is super convenient. The dual speakers sound good, and OxygenOS feels clean and responsive without any annoying bloatware. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable phone that looks great and performs even better for its price.

Zeer scherp beeld, erg smal en licht en bij het uitpakken schrok ik van de lengte van de telefoon, zo één had ik nog nooit gezien. Werkt supersnel en heeft groot geheugen. SD-kaartje heb je niet nodig ;-)

Ce smartphone OnePlus est satisfaisant, certes on est pas sur le haut de gamme de la marque et encore moins un flagship killer depuis qu'il se Oppoise mais il a servi de cadeau de Noël pour quelqu'un ayant besoin d'un smartphone simple mais efficace et en dehors de quelques freeze gênants au tout début il tourne très bien en téléphone pour utiliser au quotidien. Le design général est joli et appréciable même si on à pas la référence à Megaman 😜 L'autonomie est décente, les performances suffisantes pour l'usage qui en est fait de manière fluide (Facebook, Instagram, jeux type Candy Crush, YouTube et replays de chaînes TV, mail, GPS, ...etc). Il n'a certes pas de support de l'eSIM mais il est compatible 5G, possède 2 emplacements nano-SIM et du NFC sécurisé (pour acheter et valider des tickets de transports en commun) pour être pertinent à utiliser en voyage. Les photos et vidéos sont correctes, il n'y a certes pas de capteurs conçus sur-mesure ou d'algorithmes IA avancés pour améliorer les photos comme le feraient un iPhone, Samsung ou Pixel mais les capteurs Sony qu'on retrouve sur le téléphone sont suffisants par eux-mêmes pour pouvoir prendre des photos décentes. La base technique reste vieillote, même quand on a commandé ce téléphone mais même si au prix de "référence" il est probablement trop cher, il revient assez souvent à des prix qui le rendent intéressants 👍
