Ok, but not high impact
great price but cheap quality. due to quality i would say more like low/medium impact, not high. I returned them as there was not enough support to run in these. I am used to under armour so this was a big down grade for me but I thought I would try since the price was so good!also, they sent one large and one medium in the bag instead of 2 larges.
