Works great!It lasts around 5 hours if I am not eating or being super chatty, but very easy to reapply. Fast drying and adheres best when the area is dried off (15ish seconds and its usually good to go). Numbs the sore! Its pretty rare this stings, but it well pays off for the relief after. Doesnt have a terrible taste to me and was easy enough to get used to. The gel itself is a thicker clear/amber color, and when set it turns to a yellow/white and thins out. I usually appy it a bit thinner to help keep it flat and save some product. Decent size tube for the cost.I originally bought this because I CHOMPED on my cheek and it hurt every time I moved my mouth. I now use this every time I have a sore in a tricky and painful spot. It is seriously a go to item now!

Idk why all of the sudden after 46 years I'm getting Kanker soars? Extremely painful because it's always at the base of my fn gum/cheek. Anything , esp citrus,Spice cold hot is just devestating.I've tried a few different things, anbesol or whatever it's called had worked the best but just wears off very quickly. I moved fast to hopefully eat something before it wore off.So I wanted to try to find something better. I've definitely found it.This stuff is awesome.So yes, as you may have read when u apply it it burns. A GOOD burn, but I imagine it may be intense for some. I was happy because I knew something was happening. It's not all the others where you hopefully get a lil glob to stay in place long enough to soak in and numb it some.This stuff is thick and adheres to your sore immediately when applied. After it's done you feel what I can only describe as a cotton like cover a 'zapped' sore that has been completely muted.It's there. U can feel that 'it wants to be painful' but it's not.Then came the test.I hadn't ate breakfast today and I wasnt able to take part in tacos last night so I wanted to make some burritos with the left over mix.I had it all in there. Taco seasoned beef, guacamole, cilantro, habenero salsa.As I brought the burrito up my hand was shaKing a lil. I could feel that the sore was super numbed but you never know if some hebenero citrus can creep in. This could be really bad.To my DELIGHT there was ZERO pain. Like I said ,the sore is there, there is always a very mild discomfort because after all there is a sore in your mouth.I've got breakfast down and an hour has passed. It says 6hr but honestly if I had to reapply now..I'd still give it 5 stars. Very happy. Very relieved. I really recommend.

So it burns a but when applying and waiting to harden but when it does it is effective. Lasts a few hours and helps healing

Great product! After I got a canker sore during my wisdom tooth removal recovery, it helped immensely. I was no longer in a lot of pain. I would say that although it does say to reapply every 6 hours, I had to reapply it every 4 hours, but I think that was due to the location of the sore. I found that if you do it with a Q-tip some of the cotton stays in your mouth, so its better just to do it with your finger. It's a good product, and it says what it'll do

This works great when you want to heal canker sores. Works great inside mouth. It does sting when applying and after a few seconds you will see a coating form. Coating last quite awhile. Has some thickness to it. Texture is smooth and comfortable. I use a q-tip to apply. Good value for money because it works. I used as directed for 3 days and it healed 99%. Would recommend.

Best stuff ever! I made the mistake of buying Orajel first and while it's a good product, it doesn't offer much protection to cut gums so I went back to my old standby: Zilactin. Fantastic stuff! Creates a protective layer over the problem and lasts for a good while, helping the injury to heal. It tastes horrible at first; imagine using white rum to kill pain and then it tastes even worse after the initial application but that doesn't last long and it's just relief afterwards. Totally worth it.Try not to put it on top of your teeth though because it comes right off - got some on there by accident - and then it's like chewing rubber until it either wears off or you figure out how to get that small amount back off. Not worth worrying about though Not a deal breaker. :DGreat product! Never fails.

This product worked perfectly. Numbed the sore but more importantly it makes a sort of seal over it so it’s protected and you can eat and drink without pain. And the numbing effects last so much longer than Anbesol or any other kind of liquid pain reliever.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don’t usually leave a review but i got this because i had a MASSIVE canker sore in the BACK of my mouth, tongue rubs against it every time i talk or swallow, terrible pain. this stuff worked near instantly for pain, numbing lasted about 1.5 hours — however i’m most impressed with that 1. i ate a whole meal with this stuff on and the film it creates didn’t budge at all which is surprising considering the sore is at the back of my mouth and gets rubbed on by the food and from chewing.2. it’s 8 bucks. for three functions that are exactly as advertised (minus the numbing the pain came back a little sooner than wanted but the wound is still sealed) that’s a great price.good product.
