On my journey to loose weight and these were recommended to me to boost my fibre intake on a calorie deficit lifestyle. Just add to my protein shakes and yoghurts fruit throughout the day and sometimes to meals . Boosting my energy levels too throughout the day. Value for money for all three sachets too will last a substantial amount of time.

Some are hard to mix, I find the chocolate the hardest,I enjoy the coconut, I mix it with my porridge in the mornings, and the berry, I mix in with yoghurts and smoothies, has worked wonders with my digestion

Not sure of positive effect. Increased windyness, would’ve bought again to give a much longer trial but price rocketed upwards. So, I’m not playing that game and I spent my hard earned money elsewhere
