Misguiding support.
Drivers were missing.Contacted microsoft and samsung.Both teams actively tried online using quick assit.But they couldn't resolve the last one issue of camera.Reason for single star.The amazon support was not willing for replacement she said go to samsung store physically and get it done.Literally trying to bulldoze. Repeatedly telling that replacement is not agreed. I had to sent a screenshot. After that she agreed for return. I had asked for replacement.DEAR AMAZON TEAM. NOT APPRECIATED.

The poor mans macbook
Does everything you want from an office laptop with style.I do canva, web browsing 8-10hrs a day, battery backup is great, minecraft even works with shaders. I love that it gets mistaken for a macbook.Will recommend

Well it's just 2-3 days of reviewing of general details. But two thing that most disappointed me was1) It's LCD not LED2) It's doesn't have backlit keyboard& these were one of my minimum 10 requirements for my laptop at a budget of Rs.40000.More will tell after some month review.
