Does what it says on the tin. Follow it to a T and the functionality works. Also Alot cheaper and works the same, if not better than FoD and Pure for Men. Prep time reduced thanks to fibre content

Great product, looks after your digestive system

Good works well

This is a great quality, well priced fibre product. No funny smells or tastes. Mine came in a slightly different packaging but all other info checks out. The capsules are a reasonable size and go down easily with a but of water. I would say that it has improved my digestion, but make sure you drink plenty of water! The first few days I felt a bit bloated. The instructions say to take two with a meal but I find it better to take one in the morning and one in the evening to stay regular!

The size of these tablets may be difficult for some to swallow, bear in mind that for this brand, the recommendation is 2 daily and consider that ingredients shown are based on this "daily dose". I found that 2 tablets could cause a bit of tummy upset/gas and so I generally have only 1, either dosage for me didn't seem to firm and only softened stool.

Good price. Clear dosage and storage. Helps calm my irritable gaul bladder. Easy to swallow.

Honestly I can't really tell if they're working or most of the time. But I do definitely feel an improvement if marginal
