This magnesium supplement is far and away the best I've ever used ~ and its low price is the icing on the cake! Sleep does not come easy for me. To sleep at night, I must take 800 mgs. of an antipsychotic medication, but it has some very undesirable side effects. Taking this brand of magnesium is balancing out the nasty side effects beautifully! Give it a try. I'm confident that you, too, will love this brand because it's the best!! :)

I take magnesium to reduce my ectopic heartbeats and it seems to help. These are a small dose just under half the recommended magnesium for the day and that's taking two capsules. One capsule is 100mg, 24% of RDA for the day.When I first opened them they had a plastic smell that has since dissipated over the 2 to 3 months I have been taking them. They still taste like plastic, but their capsules, so you swallow them quickly.Sometimes I have a hard time swallowing these even though they aren't much bigger than another magnesium capsule I'm taking. See my photo for size comparison.The bottle states these are, "Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate and Magnesium Oxide (Albion)." Glycinate is known to be much more absorbable than oxide. They don't state how much of each is in the product. They don't even mention the oxide in the product description on the product page. They do say it is chelated and buffered which is suppose to help with absorption. I took off a star for confusing ingredient formation and the plastic taste and smell. They are made in the USA in New York.

Tried these pills and would buy them again. Pills aren’t hard to swallow.

Great product, I had a deep sleep 😴 probably after 7 years.

The dosage at 200 MG is slightly lower than what I am accustomed to. With that said, I've seen no ill effects from the lower dose. I take one capsule in the evening before bed and enjoy a restful sleep. I much prefer magnesium glycinate over other forms of magnesium as I've found this best works for me.No stomach upset, no nausea, easy to swallow, no foul taste.Will only consume supplements that have the cGMP symbol and knowing this is lab tested & 3rd party tested is great assurance of quality.

Soft and easy to swallow capsules. No discernible taste. Gentle on stomach so far.
