Not bad, hard to put in down book but could do better, I like James Patterson and it has been a while I have read any of his books but I don't think I'll don't think bother with the Jane Smith series.

I purchased this as a digital copy after borrowing it from a friend. Excellent read, couldn’t put it down.

Reminds me a lot of Lincoln Lawyer which I love the tv series on Netflix! Good story! A page turner!

An other James Patterson that you can’t put down.Jane’s story so far has had me reading late into the night,I can’t wait to start reading Book 2 for the next instalment of Jane’s journey.

Lots of twists and turns. Exciting and fast paced. A little romance but not too much. Good summer read.Enjoyed reading it and want to read the next in her series.

I like these out-of-series books by Patterson and coauthors, as they establish new characters and plot mechanisms that don't fit in other series. This one, though, was a slightly mixed bag for me. I enjoyed the story and the narrative, which is different from most other Patterson books, but I found it not quite as gripping as some of his other books. It's still enjoyable, and a good read, but it just didn't grab me as much as I had hoped. Still, an interesting story to enjoy.
