My review is mostly about the supplier Adorama
The headphones are amazing as expected. Bluetooth pairing is simple and app works as it is supposed. My issue was with the shipping. The outside box was fine, but the internal box was ripped open already; objects were laying around the inside of the shipping box, and the item box packing was ripped apart. I guess you have to take my word for this as the pictures I attached aren't exactly a great way to prove this.I have no way of telling if this is a brand new product, this should be considered open box at best and used at worst. Are the headphones refurbished or new? I have no clue, because the box was already open. I would love to return the headphones, but Andorama wants the customer to pay for shipping charges, which aren't cheap these days.Lucky for them the headphones seem to work. Hopefully they last as long as my old pair of VMODAs.

Very disappointing support experience.
I want to start off by saying that I've tried many of V-Moda's products in the past and was generally satisfied with their earlier products, having had the original Crossfade LPs, M-100, and Crossfade 2 Wireless prior to getting the Crossfade 3 Wireless. I went away from the brand for a bit after the Crossfade 2 Wireless since I always had some issues with the longevity of the materials used on the headsets, whether it be the plastic parts cracking, to the headband peeling apart. Decided to switch over to the Sony XM4's to give over ear ANC a go, but decided to come back to what I was familiar with after having issues with the ANC mic on those messing up and emitting a very harsh feedback noise to my right ear, which is apparently a common issue with those after looking through some subreddits.I picked up a pair of the gunmetal Crossfade 3s. I remember their headphones used to come with no laser etching on them stock, and would give that option as an extra if requested. Upon arrival, the one on my right shield ended up being off-centered and crooked, which was a bummer to receive. V-Moda has two numbers listed on their site, and advertise themselves as having "6 star customer support". I've been directed immediately to voicemail, which was full by the way, 6 of the 7 times I've tried calling them. The one time I did get a response, the guy told me to email [email protected] with images of the issue, as well as my invoice to get replacement shields sent to me. Has been 11 days after the automated confirmation email and still haven't gotten word back. Been nothing but a frustrating and unprofessional experience so far. Using some replacement shields I bought back when I used the previous models in the meantime. I noticed they also changed their immortal life warranty program, no longer giving the customer 50% off a replacement product, or of a product of similar value, and now gives a smaller 20% discount coupon instead.Sound quality is the same as I remember them being. Very good for the most part with minimal distortion. I remember these headphones needing some "burning in" to get sounding their best, and would say the same for these ones as well. The underside of the headband is no longer mesh, but the same synthetic leather they use on the top, so I'm curious to see how that lasts as well. Like the Crossfade 2 Wireless headphones, the power switch and buttons on the right ear cup are wobbly and a bit mushy in regards to its tactile feedback upon pressing, though unlike the Crossfade 2's, the bluetooth connection seems to be more stable with this one. The USB-C port is a welcomed addition as well. The stock earcup cushions are still way too shallow for most ear shapes, so you'll find these to be very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, especially for those who wear glasses. Be aware of severe pinching on the top parts of the ear, especially where the arms of glasses rest. I'd highly recommend just buying the XL cushions alongside these and immediately replacing the stock ones.Overall, been a very disappointing experience seeing the brand become so complacent. Will be my last purchase from them once these cans die out.

Excellent headphones and the WORST customer service
UPDATE: I have both Bose and four models of V-Moda headphones. Both are excellent, but I prefer V-Moda as I think the sound is better. My first encounter to V-Moda's customer service was several years ago, and it was positive. But V-Moda has been purchased by Roland, and they have cancelled their customer service helpline even though it shows on the website. You call and they say the number no longer works. I looked V-Moda up and they claim to have offices in Los Angeles, but that number is no longer in service. I have written V-Moda a dozen times and every once in a while, they reply with a request that I send photographs of the problem I have sent them photographs six times. They do not respond. My headphones are covered under a one-year warranty which would have started four months ago, but I'm not sure they will even respond within the year.Again, excellent sound qualify. I have four sets of various phones from V-Moda. I prefer them to the Bose headphones I have. But customer service from hell.

Comfort is horrible
Way to much pressure on your ears causing it a lot of pain! I have normal size ears and the headphones are not going over my ears! I definitely wouldn't recommend them for comfort but for sound they are great!
