The neck brace is perfect; supportive for post cervical surgery and also attractive. It was delayed in transit by one week; Amazon customer service wasn’t sure why; possibly “lost in transit.” It caused an inconvenience on my end. Hopefully I’m back on track. I definitely recommend this brace.

I bought this to try to reduce the number of events per night as I wear a CPAP mask.. Have only used it for 2 nights and it has brought my event number from 12 down to a 1.6 and a 2.9.... I'm thinking this collar may be worth its weight in gold..

I would like to start off by saying that I have tried multiple cervical collars through Amazon, and this one by far is the most comfortable. This product is very soft, the material is almost like a memory foam or a plush item, but a bit more form to provide you with the support you might need. Its' very comfortable, while I do not recommend doing so, I have actually fallen asleep with this item on, that's how pleasant my experience has been with this item. I have found that it has been very supportive of my neck and serves it's purpose. I like this item over the others that I have tried because the supportive piece in the front that was soft and did not feel as though it were choking me or made me uncomfortable as I was both still and mobile. I was roomy yet securing. It comes with this nice sleeve that assists with temperature control so that you are not too hot if you were it for long periods of time. It also keeps you warm if you are in cooler environments. One of the ratings on here included "pain relief"; I cannot say whether or not it will provide pain relief, as we all experience pain differently. Furthermore, what I can attest to, is that it provides stress relief and alleviates the pressure on my neck that I experience. It was very useful in providing support and stability as I experience weakness in my neck. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), I rate this product an 8.5.

The small Neck Brace for Neck Pain is well made but not quite as described. It has a downward curving front height of 3.25 inches rather than the 3 inches advertised and it's stiff enough that the extra quarter inch of height presses uncomfortably into my collar bone. The height remains 3.25 inches through the upward curving shoulder areas until you get to the hook and loop closure where it reduces to 2.75 inches. This might work well for longer necks than mine. In looking at the ad pictures, I mistakenly thought that the stiffening layer could be separated from the more compressible inside foam layer. If that were the case, I might have tried removing the stiffener for more comfort. My mistake on that score. Finally, if your neck problem is that you lean your neck forward but simultaneously tilt your chin up to see through the lower area of your bifocals, this design is going to increase your pain. Time to make an eye appointment, or lower your computer.

The stitching around the velcro ripped the first time I took it off.But it is comfortable and a good size. I have chronic neck pain from bad posture and after wearing it at my computer for maybe only an hour, I felt my neck relax in a way I haven't felt in years, which was incredible.I will be replacing this one to see if this was just a defective one or if it's a quality issue in general and will update my review.Edit: I don't know if the stitching is better or not on the replacement because I could tell that it was used as soon as I took it out of the bag. It is disgusting to resell an item that was used on someone's body that touches their skin directly around their face without washing it first. I just had covid when I was using the one that I just had to return because it was ripped. So hopefully no one gets that one resold to them. Good luck buyers.

I have a broken neck (my C1 and C2) and have been in a hard neck brace for 7 months. I just got permission to move to a “soft” brace, but I still have a broken neck, so it has to be a sturdy soft brace. That’s where I’m coming from. I ordered 3 different braces so I could try them out because you cannot tell from the descriptions which ones are what I would call a “real” brace. Nobody on here mentions a broken neck. It’s like the three bears. One collar was too soft (the Velpeau), one collar was too big (the Nimood) and one was just right. Most only offer medium or large size. This was the only one that offered a Small. So I ordered 2 mediums and 1 small. I have a short neck (but rather stout for being 5’ tall). This was the winner on many counts. It fits perfectly. If you can easily tuck your neck into the bottom of the brace and you can't get it tight enough to prevent that, the brace is not holding your neck straight and it is too tall. This may be the only 3" brace on here. It is very sturdy, but not hard. It seems to have an extra foam layer that makes it thicker and sturdier than the other two I tried. If you have a serious neck problem, this is the brace for you. I would consider it to be "medical grade." I have seen two running complaints in the critical section. Several people mentioned a bad smell. Mine has absolutely no odor. Perhaps some were stored in hot warehouse. The other complaint was that it was too small, but the people complaining about this had ordered a small, so if you get one that is too small, just order a bigger one!

The concern always is that if the finish is poor, then material safety is also a concern. If a company is not going to produce a product with superlative quality, then they are going to cut corners when it comes to other concerns. Are they using carcinogenic materials, was the product manufactured in sanitary conditions and under fair labor conditions and wages?Long story short disappointing and concerning, but functional.
