The quality you'd expect from an American icon!
Absolutely excellent product—exactly what I was hoping for. Setting aside the iconic and well-displayed Westinghouse logo on the packaging, the printer itself is sturdy, with easy-to-follow instructions. The quick setup process is intuitive and clearly illustrated. They even include a memory stick with the print driver, which is incredibly helpful if you don’t have internet access. What impressed me the most was how easy and fast it was to set up and start printing without any issues. I had previously purchased a pricey Brother QL-1110NWB, but it was such a hassle that I ended up returning it. In contrast, this Westinghouse printer comes with a standard driver, allowing you to print directly from any application, whether you’re using a Mac or Windows. Plus, you’re not limited to proprietary label brands—you can use any labels, which is a huge advantage. The print quality is exceptional—crisp and clear—and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend this printer. Well done, Westinghouse!

Great printer! Easy to use.
I recently picked up the Westinghouse 4×6 Thermal Shipping Label Printer (model WHTP203e) and I’m genuinely impressed — especially with how simple it was to get everything up and running, and how responsive their tech support was when I went to add it to my network. Ease of setup From unboxing to first print took maybe 10–15 minutes. The included USB flash drive had all the necessary drivers, and installation was straightforward on both Windows and macOS. The printer’s intuitive interface made it easy to load the labels properly (no fumbling around or guessing). The test-print function was a great touch — it confirmed everything was aligned and working before I dove into configuring more complex settings. Network setup and tech support I decided to use it over Ethernet so multiple computers in our office could share it. As someone who’s not deeply technical, I had a couple of questions during that process. I reached out to their tech support, and they were fantastic. They guided me step-by-step through assigning a static IP, setting up port forwarding rules, tweaking firewall settings, and confirming the printer was visible to all devices. Their patience and clarity really stood out — they explained things in non-jargon, so I never felt lost. Once the network side was sorted, printing labels from any computer in my network became seamless. No more plugging and unplugging USB cables, no drivers mismatching or device conflicts. It just works. Final thoughts This Westinghouse printer combines solid hardware with user-friendly software support. If you want something that “just works” — from the physical setup to having it shared on your network — this is a terrific pick. And the fact that the support team is so helpful is the icing on the cake.

Reliable and cost effective
Good printer works fast and easy. Only downside is there is no email to device or internet printing of labels.

Calibration issues at first, then smooth sailing
Driver setup was super easy and I can appreciate them supplying a USB stick instead of going online to download it. However, calibration was a nightmare if you have never set one of these up before. The quick start guide is very misleading, as the picture shows you put the label in past the sensor on the front. Do yourself a favor and do NOT do that. The automatic calibration with the included paper just doesn't recognize the seams like it should when you do that. I tried several times to calibrate automatically before the printer went into dump mode and spewed out 20 sheets of text before I opened the tray to stop it. When I finally got it working correctly, the quality of the label is great.

Works well
This was pretty easy to set up and works well so far. I’ve printed about 10 labels. I use it plugged into my Macbook.

Great equivalent alternative to Zebra label printers!
solid printer and great alternative to the pricier Zebra. i had bought a refurb Zebra only to realize that Mac and Linux support are quite poor. Enter this Westinghouse: beautiful support across OSes, works great on my Mac, my Linux print server, and is now printing remotely all without a fuss. Labels print crisp and clear and really really fast!
