This is a quality servo if you have a large enough car. I saw the strength of it and ordered it without realizing it wouldn’t fit a 1/8 so I’m holding onto it for future use, but I’ve connected it and it works well and it’s quick. Excellent T price for the quality. Wish I had read the description a bit more closely.

This servo is a big ole powerhouse! It's not your average sized 35kg servo, this is very much bigger and stronger. I'm sure you could find a way to install this on a rc truck but I use it for an light I built which spins and this is plenty powerful enough to turn with ease. This is an industrial strength servo with excellent build quality.

Large scale servo that works in 1/5 scale cars -- pretty powerful at 60kg and for a great price. So far no issues, hopefully it lasts since that would be a great deal.

I'm a retired electronics technician. I love to test and build all things electronic. I got interested in building custom RC hobby grade cars and trucks. This servo is powerful. For only $30 this is a bargain. I plan on using it to steer a 1:8 scale custom slow crawl jeep I'm building. For something that large, with the stresses that steering gear has to take going over rocks and debris, you need something with a lot of torque. This has it. How long will it last? How durable are the gears and parts inside? I will re-review months from now and report.

this is for those big boy, 1/5 or larger cars. did not realize that was the case so I have no use for it but I did test and it seems to work as expected. TONS of power

Used on 1/5th scale steering. Works very good. Strong and quick. Bottom cover isn’t as waterproof as i would like, driving in wet, snow or puddles, it did leak at the bottom. Had to smear the seal with silicone. Servo is strong for steering.
