I am so glad this exists, I don’t have to grind up almonds, which is a tedious process. Store almond milk is full of guar gum and other nonsense. The only thing I would add is, the tear line is too high and only creates a small hole and I end up using scissors.

Sits on our counter and isn't used much.

We use this on our nu milk machine for coffee and overnight oats! The most delicious!

I kind of resent that Numilk's strategy is to sell these packages filled with nut-paste, as the one and only way of making almond (or other) milk in their machine. They've been sitting on the shelf for gawd-knows how long, so I question just how "fresh" it is, but if you can get past that they are ok. They work, and so far I've made 5 or 6 batches and they taste pretty good. They sweeten most of the packages, so watch out for that if you need to be careful of sugar, but these are fine, and almond milk is very low glycemic.
