Don't buy. Even if someone holds a gun to your head and tells you to, just take the bullet
I bought this product with much excitement over lockdown. My excitement was unquantifiable at the prospect of sitting down and sticking some gems to some picture. It was gonna be amazing.But no. It was not amazing. It was far from amazing.I first received the product with a stingy amount of each colour of gem thus making the product impossible to finish. I thought "okay fine mistakes do happen. I'm a reasonable person." so I get in touch with the seller and politely ask for enough gems to finish the product. I even send them the product code of EACH AND EVERY gem so as to avoid any confusion.About a million years later (okay maybe 4 weeks) the gems finally arrive.But they were still not the CORRECT GEMS. They sent the wrong gems.The time lapsed has now been about 2 months. Considering the price of this product you'd think they'd actually send the correct thing.If you're reading this, don't buy this product. Unless you're specifically looking for a product that results in thorough crippling disappointment and wasted time.And ps when you rightfully complain to a clearly inefficient seller who is terrible at what they do, the correct response is not simply "ok."

Items missing and sub-standard picture
This I wrote in January. I paid £9.99 for this kit which arrived with no accessories or tool box which was advertised with picture, plus colours are wrong eg. Instead of yellow lights down promenade they are just bright blue blobs if you go by the colours they give you, the size is supposed to be the same size as another one I already had which you recommend getting the two, showing them side by side that they were same size. So in all a lot of money too pay for a sub-standard kit. As I bought it too match other one to give both as an Xmas pressie, I carried on and did picture. But considering it advertises with tool kit and tool box which you don't get I wouldn't bother getting this item, and having to pay nearly a tenner, if anyone is thinking of getting this. It's now June and I still haven't received the tool kit with storage box as was advertised with this picture, I find this disgusting 🤢 Is there anyone else that has bought this picture and it's been an incomplete order? I'd be very interested to know. Thank you
