TieGokii Puzzles Gifts for Dementia Senior

Iam a caregiver for a patient with Parkinsons and lewy body dementia and he LOVES this game!!!! It took him 10 mins to solve the first time (most every time he plays) but as he continues the time get shorter & shorter. He said its like he feels his brain firing and actually connecting-highly recommend!!!

I bought this for a relative with dementia. It's smaller than I expected, but only because I didn't read the sizing information, but that doesn't take away from it unless your loved one has trouble picking up small objects. *I would be cautious if you give it to a child who puts things in their mouth.* The colors are very bright. The little cards that come with it are a neat way to challenge the brain into following patterns. It seems well-made.

The TieGokii Puzzles are a fun activity for seniors, but they were a little too complex for my grandmother with dementia. She seemed to enjoy it, but it needed a lot of coaching and encouragement. Still, it's a good option for stimulating her mind.

Night for a 93 year old with dementia. Needed a little help with the Hexagons the first time, but once she saw it done, she was able to figure it out herself. She plays with it multiple times throughout every day. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

When I rec'd the package, it thought it was an error....SO SMALL!!! I didn't bother opening up the wrapping, it's going right back. It's more suitable for a child, not an adult - especially a man with large hands. AND, the shapes are so small, they will get lost so quickly, or eaten by the dog when it will inevitably fall to the floor. I would get a better product in the children's section of Target than this itsy bitsy puzzle.

I got his for a client with Dementia. She loved stacking the different shapes and sorting into piles by shapes and colors. She was able to recognize the different shapes as well as the colors.

I’ve been scouring Amazon for puzzles and games my mother can do daily as she is suffering with Dementia. This is a great problem solving puzzle. Each card has shapes and colors in different positions and you need to match the shapes and colors on card and make your puzzle board just like the card. At first I separated all the shapes and she did puzzle with ease so then I put the shapes and colors mixed up on the table and she really enjoyed doing each card. I highly recommend this puzzle for people suffering with dementia.

Loved this for my mother who had Dementia, it was a fun activity.

my only complaint is the size. it's not nearly as big as it looks in photos. for a senior I would have expected bigger
