I bought this monitor based on the listed specifications, but it was a very disappointing experience: • First, it is not 165Hz as advertised — it’s only 100Hz. • There is no sound at all, which was not mentioned clearly in the description. • The resolution is much lower than what was claimed — the picture quality is poor. • It arrived in very bad packaging and looked like it was used before and returned, then sold again. I am very upset with this product and would not recommend it.

It works for the exact duration the manufacturer gives warranty so beware before buying, it fails and died completely without warning and there are no spare parts available to get it fixed

The screen has ghosting. The audio output has noticeable noise.

Just stopped working, no reset button, even the menu options won’t show. Tried several laptops but this product is just terrible and a waste of money

Poor quality

When using the display port The buttons dont respond after i use the screen and when i switch of the pc the screen goes into full red then blue then green colors switching and the buttons dont respond at all Ill need to unplug it from electricity for it to work fine again And there is no sound at all from the monitor If i use the hdmi port it works ok but no sound

Everything looks good and all it performs really well but after 4 days of having it I noticed a dead pixel and also the screen started jittering

Is not 165hz, this is 100. This is not good screen
