Well rounded product, despite being flat.
I went for the Treasure Your Health brand out of the myriad options available, because of their nutrient profile, price, letter box friendly packaging and the fact that they are available on Prime. Whilst the Supermarket option are a fair bit cheaper, I much prefer the nutrient profile of this product and, whilst I could probably get everything I need in my diet using the Supermarket product, this just saves me the concern of having to make sure I get enough of everything. The only thing I would like to see added is potassium, but at least that's only one nutrient I have to ensure that I am getting enough of. Admittedly there are others that are not 100% RDA, like calcium, but I know I always get plenty of calcium from milk, as well as other things in my diet.
