The only reason that I’m not quite giving these five stars is that they are a bit expensive, but I’m definitely giving them a solid 4.5, as they are obviously good quality, made in the EU, which is important to me, as the standards of manufacture and ingredients are not the same all over the world, and are, so far, quite effective for me. They are very easy to swallow, as they’re not as big as some similar products that I’ve had, and they don’t really taste of anything. I’m really pleased with them so far :-)

No issues to note with this - doesn't taste amazing but fine to swallow with water.

With a good blend of probiotics, easy to take the one-a-day with water, and no after-taste. I feel more comfortable when taking these with less bloating etc. The bottle lists the 23 strains used and contain some vitamin B too. They appear to be vegan friendly, made in Germany, and as I say are clear about what each capsule contains. It does say on the packaging they're not suitable for e.g.nursing mothers and pregnant women so do check carefully.

This probiotic complex contains a third of the CFUs that my previous complex contained, but this one has the added benefits of vitamins B2 and B6, as well as ingredients containing fibre. I particularly like the fact that the instructions say to take ONE capsule per day, and that seems to be more than sufficient. So many other brands seem overly keen to ensure that we go through the contents of their products as quickly as possible in order to replenish the supply faster.That the bottle is made of glass is a huge plus for me.Although the label is very detailed, a separate section regarding allergens would have been more reassuring. That said, no adverse reactions have been experienced thus far - with the decision to proceed being influenced by the perceived quality of the product and the information which IS provided.Within approximately 3.5 hours of taking one of the capsules, there was a distinct inclination to have a bowel movement. This was a different feeling from the sensation typically experienced when exposed to something which disagreed with the body. After three days of bloating and no relief in sight, I'd say that this was pretty fast work!

This is a review based only on my personal experience with this product. You should ask your nutritionist for advice concerning your own needs.I find this an excellent supplement. I periodically have problems with gas and bloating, and these capsules work really well to counteract that.There is a slight aftertaste but the capsules are easy to swallow and do not cause me any unpleasant side effects.I will definitely be buying this product again.

These come in a glass bottle, which can of course be easily recycled, and they are a nice size and easy to swallow the 1 per day capsule, ideally takennon a empty stomach with water.At nearly £24 (Oct '24) for 60 days worth, I dont think they are that great value though.Hopefully they will help with stomach and digestive health, though I am unsure on live cultures in dry contents capsules.The bottle is double sealed, but the inner one on mine was not glued on properly so ineffective

I have been taking these for 2 weeks, but I can't really observe any change in health personally. Not sure if they work for me.
