Straps to wide for me and felt uncomfotable in my armpit area. Found it difficult to reach behind me and grab the straps to tighten. Once tight it wanted to ride to far up my neck area. Just not a great fit for me.

I have bad posture and I sit at a desk all day for my job. I have many back pains and this helps a lot to relieve some of the pressure while also correcting my back. I wear it everyday for a few hours, and I see a difference in my posture already. It also helps to stay aware of when you start to slouch whether in a chair or standing up.

So far, this posture brace is working great! The only thing I have experienced is that I am quite small, and it has been difficult to adjust the straps, because they are quite long, and wrap fully around to the back. Other than that, I have gotten used to it.

It suffice but it is not as practical as expected

Cant beat the price. Easy to use. It's only been a week and I can already tell it's making a huge difference!

I like it, I have been wearing it while I am at my desk and it's been helping. I wish the back had a stiff plastic piece to keep my back even straighter but this works good.
