Was honestly not sure what to expect. We've been using them overnight as directed for just over a week. Seem to be sleeping soundly. In the morning, it's quite gratifying to remove them and see the discoloration of the pad caused by the foot's moisture on the ingredients. Not sure whether there are actually any 'toxins' being removed, but an interesting and fun experience nonetheless. Easy to apply. A bit sticky in the morning upon removal, so recommend doing so in the tub and giving your feet a quick wash.

I decided to try this brand because of the price and the reviews. I apply the Zen foot pads at nights before going to sleep. The foot pads are easy to apply to your foot per the directions on the package. The adhesive stays on all night since I wear socks during use. When apply pads to my feet I can feel it working with the circulation in my legs. Upon removal, the pads are black from the toxins. The only question is how do you know all the toxins are removed from your body. I have used all the foot pads and are still black. Does the color of the foot pad changes after so many applications? By the 5th day I felt less stress and better quality of sleep. Will buy again.

I was skeptical at first but now after using all of these pads, I am now a believer as they are affordable. They really work! I put them on before I crawl in bed and take the off when I awake in the morning. The adhesive cloth is durable holding the pads on my feet in the same place all night & they are comfortable even when I awake in the night to use the restroom, the pads are durable. The pads don’t put off any odor & look sleek as they are easy to hide under my socks. I love how after the 2nd or 3rd day I start to feel refreshed.

Works good. Helps take away detoxing symptoms in my feet. (Pulls toxins quicker out of my feet.) Please be careful of the tape. It pulled off skin on my foot, so soak your feet first or take shower or bath to loosen up the tape. It's a much less of a cleanup when you take a shower. Just let pad get very wet and pull it right off. Rinse with shower head. This gets the glue off as well.

I got these because my health conditions cause me to feel like I am wearing a weighted suit that drains my energy and I have lots of pain. These leave my feet feeling so refreshed in the morning when you take the pad off. It has definitely helped with my energy and no more weighted suit feeling which has been wonderful! I am still having lots of pain but I truly believe these work and all people are different so maybe they will help with pain for others. They are easy to use and it is amazing how gross they look after removal. It really makes me feel like they have removed some toxins from my body that cause negative health effects which I love and I will keep using them. They don’t smell and the sticky to attach them is perfect.

I've completed a 5 day treatment and not sure if it has helped or not.I will say last week I woke up with a headache every morning but this week I have not while using. Not sure if these patches have helped that or what. I will say that I have woke up feeling more focused and less of a brain fog. Also have woke up before my alarm each day ready to get up. Again, not sure if due to these or not but just telling my experience.The pads are not to big and fit good in the arch of your foot. The sticky pads hold up well but do wake up needing to scrub of stickyness after taking off.The pads do turn brown color every morning after use but think that's just the contents getting moisture and not necessarily me detoxing. They have a light smell which increases after use but it's not overwhelming.I will continue the rest of the pack after a 2 day break and if any different results from it then I will update the review.For the price, it's worth trying to see if it helps you.
