Initially, this product seemed amazing. It was everything I expected and wanted. It was quiet, cleaned my floors quickly and effortlessly, but after less than 10 uses its flaws came to light. My brush roll stopped spinning. I watched videos to fix it and spent a significant period of time with no luck. I finally broke down and contacted Shark customer service. The representative kept trying to get me off of the phone telling me to read the manual, check the webisite, read product support, or call back. Then, he tried saying items were out of stock or offered an inferior replacement. After 45 minutes on the phone I was very disappointed at the response. I was never offered an exact replacement despite being under warranty. Instead, they told me (after 45 mins) to call back in 4-6 weeks. Nor was I offered a refund or online merchandise credit. I thought Shark was a reputable company which is why I selected this item over others. Instead, I was left disappointed. I guess I should have gone with Tineco or Dyson. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more for a better product.

I hate washing floors and delegate that job to someone else in the house. But it wasn't getting done and I needed a quick but easy answer. I am a diehard dyson fan but was not going to shell out nearly a $1000 for their version of this. Bought my first Shark and I doubt it will be my last. This thing is incredible! I have 3 dogs including a lab who sheds his entire coat, every day, year round. I had very little confidence that this wet vac was going to be able to handle the hair. While I still vacuum before using this, the hair is never ending, and this vac can get it with ease. I love the smell of the spring clean floor cleaner. We have a large home that is entirely hard floors: tile, LVP, and original hardwoods. It cleans them all fantastically and the dirty water is gross. It is doing a much better job than our spin mop system and the super expensive Norwex system. Love that it's battery! I can do the whole house with charge to spare (3000 sqft of flooring) but the water reservoir is small and has to be refilled 2.5 times to get the whole house done. The dirty water needs to be emptied at each refill, but it's all easy to do so not really a huge issue. Best part is when you're done cleaning the dirty water holder is super easy to empty out and clean for the next time. The vac goes back on it's charger and pressing power sends it into a quick self clean mode. This is particularly handy in my case because it brings all the dog hair off the roller and pushes it to the plastic cover that goes over the roller. I pop that off, clean off the dog hair and I'm done. I did all the floors in my house (3000 sqft) in about 30 minutes. BUY THIS RIGHT NOW.

I do love it. Its not made for the deep clean but it definitely helps me keep the floors looking good till my deep clean day. I have 3 dogs. It does help with pet hair. Its easy to work. I love the cordless of it. It does my dinning room, kitchen and living room and I still have battery life left. I've had it for about a month now. I use it atleast 3 times a wee.

This exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant on purchasing a cordless cleaner, but it turns out this size is perfect for cleaning a few rooms, then run the self clean cycle and recharge. Easy to maneuver, and lightweight. While I was washing my kitchen floors, my husband dropped a unopened soda bottle in the entrance of our home. I was able to quickly grab my cordless cleaner to clean up the mess and it was so effortless as I didn't have to find an outlet to plug in. I quickly mopping my hardwood floors and it did not leave any soda sticky residue. I am impressed with the self cleaning cycle too.

It doesn't get into corners or close to walls. It cleans ok, but it's ridiculous that it says it only works with a specific solution. I appreciate that it comes apart easily, but cleaning it is kind of a pain, not to mention super gross. It's definitely more convenient than mopping, but not for the price. My last complaint is the battery life. I can only do about a room and a half on a single charge. It takes 3 or 4 full charges to do my entire downstairs.

Exactly what I was looking for and more! It helped me to get some of my precious time back. It vacuums and mops! Im done with my house in 15-20 minutes when before, I would still be sweeping, or getting my clunky mop bucket out. Lightweight, great suction, and it's so functional it even cleans itself! 5 ⭐
