El monitor se quedó trabado y dejó de funcionar. No se puede apagar ni ningún botón funciona. Nos duró 2 semanas. Se quedó la imagen estática por lo que ya no nos sirve

I had been shopping on Amazon for the longest time, and had bought hundreds of items, ranging from a few dollars to a thousand odd dollars or so. Never before had I encountered such service from a merchant. I had bought the baby monitor with the intend to use in my new house. However, the house is large and comprises of 5 level in total. The structure of the house is quite complex, therefore I’m not surprised that the signal isn’t the strongest at certain nooks and crannies. The rest of the features for this baby monitor is excellent. However, due to the less than perfect connection (which I felt was due to the structure of my house rather than the quality of the receiver), we decided to return it. When we requested for a refund, the merchant was very prompt in assisting. However my local post office was giving us some trouble due to the fact that we declared the item as hazmat (due to the lithium battery housed inside the monitor) and the postal guys refused to accept. I wrote to the merchant asking for help to inform Amazon to pick up instead and I was floored by their reply. They told me that instead of going through so much trouble to return it, they are gifting it to us instead and will refund me in full. This is really the most amazing customer service that I had received from any of the Amazon merchants. Support them, go ahead make that purchase with Loya Shopping. You won’t go wrong, because you know they are there for you when u need.

This monitor is the best I’ve ever owned. I’ve owned about five in the past seven years. I’ve only bought the top brands in the past and ive always been let down. Some stop charging some have buttons that stick some freeze, and as we all know baby monitors are something as parents we rely on especially during the night hours. I’ve had this monitor for about a week and it has The best features. Non-USB charging which means you don’t have to worry about the USB port getting disconnected and Janky. It has the VOX feature where you can have the sound on but not the brightness of the screen. It’s got alarms it’s got lullabies it tilts and zooms it’s lightweight it’s the perfect size… Overall this monitor is an amazing unit. I’ve bought Panasonic Motorola VTEC and safety first and they’ve all let me down in one way or another. I will be updating if anything happens with this monitor but I just don’t see anything bad happening.

Wir sind mit dem Hello Baby Babyphone vollauf zufrieden, die Lieferung erfolgte zügig, die Bedienungsanleitung konnte innerhlab weniger Stunden auf Nachfrage beim Hersteller auch in deutsch erhalten werden. Ansonsten ist aber auch die komplette Bedienung sehr intuitiv. Die Kamera ist super und kann sehr leicht über den Bilschirm gesteuert und so eingestellt werden, damit man beste Sicht hat. Die Kamera hat 2 Stufen in den man zoomen kann, für uns total ausreichend. Mehr Stufen oder genaues Ran- und Rauszoomen geht zwar nicht, da es wie gesat nur raus- und ranzoomen gibt, für uns ist das allerding durch die flexible Positionierung der Kamera überhaupt kein Nachteil. Die Bidqualität tagsüber finden wir sehr gut, zudem kann man wie eine Art Walky Talki auch über das Babyphone sprechen, ab und an hilft das schon, wenn das Kind kurz die Stimme hört ohne das man tatsächlich im Raum sein muss. Stimmqualität passt für uns demnach auch. Die Nachsicht ist für den Preis ok, man sieht gut auch im Dunkeln das Kind und seine Bewegungen und der Bewegungmelder funktioniert auch bestens, so das wenn die Kamera im Standby ist, sie bei Bewegung und Geräuschen aktiviert wird. Die verschiedenen Lieder die über das Phone abgespielt werden können, ist ein nettes Goody, es gibt auch noch versch. Eintellungen wie sensibel das Phone auf Geräusche und Bewegung reagieren soll, gut fanden wir, das es deshalb trotz der sensibelsten Stufe nciht gleich anspringt, wenn vor dem Kinderzimmer jemand entlang läuft. Fazit: Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden aufgrund des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses das Babyphone von Hello Baby weiterempfehlen
