Pill form is great!
My boyfriend has Shilajit for the many health benefits but he was using the goopy stuff you put in water. This pill form is way better in taste and he believes its more potent. This is easy to use and has you feeling good with better energy levels.

I wanted to try Shilajit in pill form since I am not a big fan of the other texture. So far this one is ok. I like that contains max potency of Shilajit. I am trying to enhance my immune systems now in this cold weather I live in.
