This is a great kosher Betaine supplement that works well and exceeds the quality of other nonkosher ones available.

It took me a long time to find a pure Betaine HCL vegetarian capsules option as most of them are gelatin based or have fungus based acid that can trigger allergic reaction. This formula has a lower dosage and in supplements, more is not always better. For me, this option is perfect. I combine it with a carbonated water drink after a large meal and it does the trick. I will keep buying it.

While it's not shown or mentioned anywhere on the Amazon listing, this product contains maltodextrin. If you're not familiar with it, research it online. Maltodextrin is really unhealthy, and especially if you're already looking for a product to aid your malfunctioning GI tract, maltodextrin will only wreak havoc on your system. The company responded positively to customer feedback, but that doesn't change the product's ingredient list, unfortunately.

Works great with no stomach aches or discomfort. It’s wonderful to be able to find a lower dose of betaine hcl without pepsin. Thank you!

I have many food allergies and this is the only product that doesn't have all the extras that make all the other supplements impossible for me to use. It is a clean product!

I think they intentionally hid that maltodextrin was in the ingredients. I can not take this. So deceptived.
