Pathetic prosuct. Leaked inside. TDS Went to 800. Caused illness for family. They took 15 days to fix. Don’t buy.

We really liked this Aquaguard model. The water is finely purified. We are using it for last 2 months. About the installation, it was free of cost. Also, the technician completed the installation once the purifier was delivered at home. Just for awareness purpose, I'm mentioning that the Outside Pre-filter need to be purchased separately and need to be paid by the customer. We purchased it during Amazon's Great Indian Festival, so got it after attractive discount and cashback offer.

It is very strange, every now & then the water TDS changes drastically. Apart from the Main machine, they make you buy other parts, saying that its to regulate the TDS. Unfortunately, the machine started with a TDS of 20. The good/healthy TDS levels are supposed to be 75-150. Then the engineer came and installed a TDS regulator. He settled the TDS at 90. In a few days the TDS became 140 automatically. Then, once we recently we had a short power cut & now the TDS has fallen to 40. I am amazed at this fluctuations & that we have to rely on their engineer to set it right. Why are these fluctuations & why do we have to rely on the company engineer to set it right. It looks like a big scam. We invested in it, for our health & not to get unhealthy with all the minerals missing.

Product Received was in good packaging and Installation also happened fairly quick . Although had to follow up a bit on the installation part . But overall product is working fine and quality is pretty good . Additional filter if opted is going to cost a bit additional amount during installation.
