NOT luminous. The description says that it has "luminous hands" and that is NOT the case. My #1 requirement was the ability to read the watch in the dark in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it is a very nice watch.

Style: Roman numerals, silver case, white dial. This simple, yet classic watch has the look of being high end, minus the price. It has a small, squared, striking silver face. Great to dress up or down. The watch rests gracefully on my wife's wrist. She finds it very lightweight and that it feels almost non-existent on her wrist. The watch is presented resting on a black cushion inside a gorgeous black gift/storage box. She is very happy with this gift.
