One of my go to kitchen items I use weekly. My wife is vegan and I try to eat healthy. We use this for onion, peppers, olives, any vegatable that we want to cut in uniform size. easy to use and blade are super sharp. You have to pay attention while cleaning the bladed because I have cut myself a few times not fault but my own. This is good for anyone making soups, salads, well worth the money

No stars. It is a cheap product. Cheap plastic and does not cut the onions. Also you have to cut up the onions to get it to fit, then it smashes them. You have to push hard and then bang it down.
