came on time and was exactly as shown. It was perfect once it was done expanding after 48 hours. I put it on my futon frame and it was comfortable and cozy. I cuddled the pets and I had no discomfort at all.

Very nice!! Not junky and has good support! I bought this to put on my couch frame after I took the original padding off of it in my horse trailer living quarters . It is a full size and fits perfectly. Way better than what was!

Since I have to leave a star to add my comment I did. Wish I could do zero. Cannot recommend this futon mattress. Did extort they said to let it inflate. Mine was hard and bumpy and not matter of punching it hot it to be smooth. Along the first week I noticed a funky smell. It smells like mildew. Makes me gag. My pillows are smelling like it too. They want you to return the product but how in the world can one put it back in its box.? Box went in the trash sometime after opening when I had hopes of this being a good product. Please think twice before purchasing this product.

Ordered this as me and my GF just picked up a futon frame and needed a mattress for it. Unpacking was fairly easy. I can see how some of the reviews say it got lumpy as there was a few sections that I noticed where not filled with any foam when I first got it out of the bag! I will say you do need to work the internal foam around a good bit to get it to fully fill in without any voids. I think I spend a total of 1hr from the time I opened the box till I was satisfied that I worked most of the foam around to where it would end up decent. Not sure if it was all worth it but after the full inflation time it turned out pretty good and a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. Good support and it seems to be fairly durable so far. Would recommend buying but beware. You will need to put in a little bit of effort to get it to fill in properly!

Definitely give it several days to fully expand (more than the 48 hrs in the instructions). There's no way to take the cover off for cleaning - you'll need to spot clean it. But it's very nice and fits my full-sized futon.

Almost fits the queen frame. It is nice other than brig a little shy of queen size.

The mattress came packed in a very small tight box. At first I figured that this would be a return. but after opening it very diligently, it kinda popped out like a self inflatable dingy. And to my surprise this mattress is amazing!! you have to give it 48 hrs to fully open. the instructions even indicate this. no! This is not plastic!! in fact the material is very soft and also very thick. I would defiantly recommend for replacement for futon. 10/10.
