Very convenient
Perfect size for my Harvest Right Small trays. This works perfectly and is much more convenient than tearing off Parchment Paper Rolls. Love these and use them on regular trays to cook as well.

You can resude some of them several times depending upon what has been put on them.
I use these every time I use my trays for my freeze dryer. They save so much time when removing the food from the trays when these are used.

Makes prep so much easier
I absolutely hated cutting parchment paper for my trays. It was never the right size and they would always try to curl out of the tray.These are perfectly sized and they lay flat. They make prepping the trays so much easier. It gives me time to focus on the food instead of the trays. I love these.

Not made for XL trays
The XL tray liner isn't made for 1 tray. Tray liners are only half size which means you are using 2 pieces parchment paper per tray.

Slightly oversized for small HR Pro trays
We just got a HR Pro Small freeze dryer so decided to order these to make cleanup easier. They are a few mm larger than the base of the tray which causes them to fold up on the edges or bubble in the middle. For heavier items it probably matter, but it did make it more difficult to keep small things where I wanted them.
