The ups stopped working in 3 months. No reply from the manufacturer on warranty and Amazon customer support just keeps you moving in circles to contact manufacturer, wait a few days and show proof of contact.Buy only if you can risk a no-warranty product.

I live in an area with frequent power cuts, ranging from 1 minute to 3 hrs. Normal UPS did not work because the amps required for the router was too low.This battery system is small, and power back up comes for more than 3 hours.Earlier in between calls when power cut happens, even if it’s for a few minutes, my meetings would get cut, and I had to connect to mobile hotspot, this was making me look unprofessional to my clients. This device saves such situation.This is a must have product, if you are working from home.

Just received the router UPS, built of the item body is great, but the seal is missing , appears to be working fine but a detailed review will posted after few weeks.

I purchased vector pro UPS from amazon in Sept2024 And It was not working from march2025. I have contacted several time but from Victor pro side there is no service providet till now and there is no mobile number or helpline number from their site.

Working perfectly, no lag. Almost lasts for for 4 hrs.
