Mention the power/voltage requirements for the product.
It is coming from a place where the voltage is 110 and I use 220 Volt. The information doesn't indicate the power requirement of this product. I bought an item before, which came from US and I had to buy a voltage converter to make it work. Amazon should specify the power requirements for the product being advertised.

Keeping the humidity down inside of our 5th wheel trailer while not in use. Works really well, I just have to check on it every now and then as it will go to sleep if there is a temporary power outage which we get during the winter months. Not sure if it automatically goes to sleep after a couple of weeks of low humidity because I only check on it every few weeks. I have it on the sink counter with the drain hose in the sink and a 5 gallon bucket outside under the drain pipe. Over the last few months, I've emptied the 5 gal bucket 3 times and it was actually overflowing.

It works well and is nice and quiet. I was expecting the tank to be larger. Since I like in a humid climate and it is summer, I empty it daily right now. It doesn’t give you much extra room at the top, so you have to be very careful when you go to empty it. It spills water easily. I spill some out more often than not.

Edit: The company ended up reaching out to me after I returned the product. They were very professional, kind, and understanding. Not only did they want to know what went wrong with the dehumidifier to send feedback, but they also sent me another one. Products sometimes break and I would rather buy from a company who will back up thier products and fix the issues than one who won't help. I 110% say I would buy from this company again because I know if something does go wrong they will be there to help and fix the problem. A big thank you to them. It is hard to find reliable companies to purchase from. I had the product for 3-4 weeks when it quit working. It made a humming noise instead and blew out hot air. I cleaned the filter and unplugged it to see if one of those might be the problem, but nothing worked. I decided to return the product and got a refund. When it did work it was great. If I could have gotten a guarantee that the same issue would have not happened again I would have gotten a replacement.

Has worked well so far for nearly a year to remove humidity in unfinished basement of approx 10x15 feet. If you use pump feature: Just make sure the pump tube is continuously downward sloping to where you want the water to exit.

I ordered this dehumidifier not even two days ago because my basement flooded and my other dehumidifier stopped working. I'm very allergic to many types of mold and it gives me asthma attacks so I rushed to get this one to replace the old one so that mold wouldn't start growing in my basement. This unit just arrived maybe 30 or so minutes ago. I brought it in right away and opened it and my sinuses started to bother me. I brushed it off and decided to inspect the unit just to see how it works. As I pulled out the TINY water collection tank, I saw a spot of mold under it, I hoped it was just a bit of dirt. I opened the tank and was shocked! I saw several spots of some type of fuzzy mold and started to get allergies not long after. I opened the plug for the hose plugin and saw mold inside of the tube the hose hooks onto AND all over the plug that goes into that tube! It was obviously closed up while still wet. Here I was ordering this to prevent mold in my home and instead had mold delivered right to me (for a large fee I might add!). I thought maybe I can clean it out with vinegar or rubbing alcohol but even if I can, I'm so scared to run it because what if the fan blows mold into my home. That could be a disaster especially while my basement, furnace, etc still have some moisture and humidity in them. It would just take a few mold spores to blow out and land somewhere wet to grow and multiply like crazy right now. So, while I can't review how well this dehumidifier works because I'm afraid to try it out and end up in the hospital and destroy my home with mold in the process , I am leaving one star because this is much more unacceptable, and dangerous, than sending me one that is broken or missing a part. Obviously this one was used and was pulling in mold when running, then maybe returned, repackaged, and resold. Unless this happened while testing it in the factory it was made. I shudder to think about that and how many of these might have mold off that's the case. Why did nobody open it and inspect it before sealing it back up and putting in the box either way?? I'm very disappointed and now not sure how to speed up the drying of my basement in time. I really can't believe this!
