Device doesn't work after 6 months
I purchased this device and it suddenly stopped working. I have tried to charge it - nothing. It will no longer turn on and is basically useless. Furthermore, I've tried to find a way to contact the supplier to see if I can get a replacement or guidance to resolve the issue and have been unsuccessful. For this reason, I would not recommend product.

Soft, gentle and usefulUsed it about one month and my skin become better. It does clean my face without any hurt. I only charged twice till now, and use it daily twice. No connector on the body is good, wireless charging is really fashion. No problem to immerse it in water fully. Worthy choice.
