We have this set up to reflect the evening sun as it crosses the front of the house. With the tiniest of taps, this will fling rainbow speckles all through the room. The cats go absolutely nuts for the lights and it brings me a lot of joy watching them react. It's a really cute piece that's easy to hang, though it is on the larger side so you need to hang it a bit away from the window so it can freely turn. Of course you don't need to move it and just let the light refract through it naturally, but for me it's as much a cat toy as it is a window decoration.

This crystal heart, hanging from the eaves of my deck, throws rainbows in different locations all day long. As long as the sun is hitting it, the prism facets project rainbows somewhere, all the time. It is a fantastic addition to the other prisms, windsocks, solar lights and wind chimes adorning my deck. The facets are cut cleanly with no rough edges and the he crystal is clear with brilliant flashes of different colors. And, or course, a heart shape is always attractive.
