Let me begin by reviewing the seller. They are based in the UK. They charge a little more than other sellers. But, you get much more from them. There are extra items included in their package for a start. They charge a sensible postage.Other sellers based in China but masquerading as in the UK charge a little less but give less and can charge £30 postage. Also, when it gets to you you have VAT and Royal Mail handling to pay, so beware. I had a problem with with a key fob which was resolved swiftly.Now the items. You are buying a budget DIY security system. This means you have to install it yourself, of course. There are many reviews, you tube videos etc giving information and disinformation and frankly many people don't know what they are talking about.The supplied instructions are weak but not as bad as some would have you believe. Anyway this seller provides their own instructions which I advise you to consult.The PIRs seem very effective. I, however, find that they actually work best at detecting approaching persons not sideways ones! You need to experiment with their positioning.I like things done properly so I screwed the magnetic detectors on. This requires them to be completely dissembled. They seem to work ok.As others have noted, the siren is the biggest problem. The red dome is not waterproof. I invalidated the guarantee by sealing mine. The power cable is also poor. I modified it by extending it and using a clamp in the box. A large hole has to drilled in the wall, nevertheless. I also had trouble registering this with the control unit. HINT the problem turned out to be that I moved during registering and the system therefore registered a PIR as the siren. I had to go in and clear all sirens and start again.As stated, I also had a problem with a fob. The company sent a replacement which did not work either. So I dismantled the original one, removed bits of offending plastic and eventually it worked. So I ended up with the correct number working.Bottom Line This is a competent security system but it can require some skilful DIY to get it going satisfactory. After you've done that you'll have a system at a small fraction of the cost of other famous name brands. Buy from a UK seller.

Great value for money, arrived on time but one of the sensors didn't work, also a little complicated to set up

Sensors batteries died after 2 months. Outside siren isn't working at all. Can not use 4 remote fobs together as it cose some fault.Host it self is not responding to xxxxARM or xxxxDisarm txt anymore.When i have emailed seller they drop few lines how to set it up ( same as u can find in manual)Was asking them to replace siren as it is faulty, they refuse.Still cant get it work properly...and awaiting for them to respond my emails.Do not buy it !

Very good alarm system,easy to install and use (no problems after nearly 3 months) and a good price.Needed another two window sensors I found they were half the price on ebay and are compatible with this system.

Arrived well packed, and as expected , Alarm bell box does not look weather proof. Have not installed unit yet, but should be ok.

it stopped working after 3 month, it seems that there is no guaranty, I have not received another one
