Delicious! I personally love Keto. I have never felt better. This is just one more item to add to my products that make it more enjoyable. Even my guy liked the taste and he's tough to please!

First, these do seem to give a little energy boost. But that's not how they have become a mainstay for this relative keto newby. If there is any negative that I could mention, it is how sweet these are. But something that I've noticed for myself on keto is that things are just sweeter. The benefit for me is that as a "treat", these go farther as I don't need a full scoop for a 20 oz. glass. Most dinners, I will mix about 3/4 a scoop in just a little bit of water so it is dissolved, then fill my cup with seltzer water and add just a little bit of frozen berries. For someone who enjoyed pop, this is the perfect, keto friendly treat. And all of the flavors in this brand are great. Highly recommended.

I've been doing Keto for about 6 months and one of the difficult things for me to do is remain in ketosis throughout the day. Thanks to this keto supplement I'm able to mix up a batch about every 3 to 4 hours. The formula for best taste is trial and error but I think I found my "best taste zone" by mixing 2 scoops in a 12 ounce container of ice cold water...shake and mix thoroughly....pour 6 ounces into a 16 ounce cup or glass and fill the rest of the cup with ice cold water...it cuts down the bitter or "salty" taste of the supplement, according to my taste buds anyway. Best part is this product is helping me shed about 0.98 pounds per day....My routine: I eat 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties for breakfast (order this ala carte at McDonald's drive thru) and 1 large black coffee.....at 10 am, I mix up a batch of my Patriot Pop keto supplement and sip on that to noon and then chow down on 2.6 ounces of Star Kist Hickory Smoked Tuna with MCT oil mixed in and wash it down with my keto supplement...I mix another batch of the keto supplement and that usually gets me through about 5 pm....I'd like to add that I drink about 48 ounces of water during the day too....for dinner, I usually fix a filet mignon, about 6 ounces and pair it up with 1/2 a cup of steamed spinach or broccoli....doesn't sound like a lot of food but in all honesty, the keto supplement seems to keep me filled up where I'm not hungry by the time dinner rolls around. I give the product high marks for taste and it actually works.

I realize we each have a different palate for taste but this one is very difficult for me to get past. To me it tastes what I would imagine something like paint thinner would taste like! Unsettling or disconcerting taste! Blech😖! I really wish it wasn’t! Amazon, though they say it’s a returnable item, is now saying it isn’t. I used only one serving. I purchase a lot from Amazon and don’t usually return anything even if I’m not happy. This product is expensive and tastes SO bad. I tried! Please don’t waste your money.

Good ratios of magnesium and potassium, but light on the sodium. Good to see that the blue coloring was natural. The BIG let down was this tasted nothing like a Patriot Pop. I bought this product because I grew up eating those things and I wanted to reminisce. Not only did it taste nothing like a Patriot Pop, it didn't even taste that great.

Using with my keto diet. I feel more energetic.

It tastes and smells like Perkins paste. Does the job but hard to drink.
