Perfect but hard
Love this mattress it you are expecting a hard wool mattress similar to a futon. It had no smell and seems to hold up well in terms of not sagging or anything. We put a medium firm latex topper on it and a wool topper on top of that and it was super hard for me...I guess I'm too old to sleep that way any more! I used to love sleeping on the floor and as I first lay on this combo I like it, but can't make it the whole night without aches in shoulders and back.

the mattress is comfortable but after only sleeping on it 2x one of the ties came out so now a corner of the pad is not held together and there is a hole in the cover. I cannot find any address for the co and it weighs so much that it is really difficult to try and get the pad back into the box it was in. It would be easier to be able to physically take the pad back to a place of business to exchange. Would definitely not buy another mattress this way.
